  • For me its the chips, or crumbed fish Instead of getting upset I allow myself to have a little chips now and then and some fish once a week or fortnight stops me from feeling like crap and the results keep coming. I used to crave soft drinks and crap but now I don't like them anymore not one bit don't even miss the crap.…
  • Don't be discouraged by bs studies that really kill motivation, I have read viewed a lot of those crappy studies and yet it has got me a few times while going through this journey to health keep learning new foods and you'll find some foods you'll love so much you wont miss the old habits. I still go out to restaurants and…

  • I am finding keto low carb far more effective then my attempts at starch, I love experimenting with diets to find what works for me and what does not and explore new foods the keto diet I am currently on gives me far less grief then the ones I have been on in the past, though I would admit its more vegetarian since…
  • High Intensity Training has been the way to go for me In my first time joining the gym I did the 45 minute Spin Classes 3 times a week which helped me shred 30 kilos. the shorter interval sessions since moving on have also worked well for me building up sprint sessions on treadmill or bike etc.
  • I would consider it an achievement to make it more challenging try increasing incline slightly when you do it next even a small increase makes it that much tougher. but as always real out door personal bests are still gold as you did it outside you still did 5 k tho so good onya.
  • Great article I have actually been looking at becoming a vegetarian in the near future or fruitarian Raw Till 4 as a detox cleanse to help me iron out some internal issues. its damn expensive getting the fruit requirements but I honestly like the way I have been making drastic changes to what I eat as opposed to how I used…

  • Totally agree you really need an alarm clock and to hit the sack earlier so you still get your recommended sleep it takes time as a person that could sleep most the day and stay up all night it was particularly hard to change I had to pull a couple of all nighters and all days to reset mine or slowly stay awake an hour…
