Stuck in a rut

Hey guys a little about me
My Name is Dean
I have been on a weight training transformation for the past year have lost over 30 kilograms and am proud of that.
but my goal is not yet achieved I am struggling to burn off the last 20 kilograms to finally be under 100 and be my ideal goal of 90 kilograms. its a tough gig I put in about 4-6 days per week at my gym. doing high intensity interval training. weight training and tabata.

I have also reduced my calories as per my fitness pal's suggestions and have cut soft drink from my diet over the year period.
my finished goal at the end of all this is to be around 80 kilos in the end i know this is a stepping stone. and i set little 5 kilogram goals that are achievable took a few weeks off rpm class and have just started adding it back into my training.

I am 178 cm 110 kilograms and am working every day to be at my goal just wish this damn plateau would break :(
I will post regularly here to update you on my progress.

I would say keep up with your training

Take one day as it comes

Drink plenty of water... very important

    Lots of protein, Protein, Protein

    Lower your carbs

    Good fats

    Green tea/peppermint

    Lift heavy weights

Mix up your workout rountine & shock your body - Your body get used to the same work out - It needs to be pushed & challenged

She said it perfectly! Mixing up your routine can sometimes help to break a plateau. Try a new class, seek help from a personal trainer, or even a fit friend who could give you some ideas. The internet is FULL of tips and advice, too, but use your best judgement there. Also maybe increasing your cardio might help?

It seems like you work really hard and have made some progress, so congratulations! :) Best of luck with your goals.

Thanks everyone for your responses its been great reading this, I had a chat to another trainer the other week and he has given me something to shock things up a little. I also have had another trainer inform me to cut off some of my suppliments for a while and see what happens (Protein powders) I was having 3-4 a day to make up for some of the meals he reckons save my money for good foods and spend it on other things so ill be doing that and or cutting down to one post workout shake at the least i think things are going good thanks so much for the feedback :)
