  • yeah...ice cubes lol maybe freeze some water with a little squeeze of lemon or lime juice so it's kinda flavored. That's the best I can do lol

  • I was just going to post something about that product! I keep seeing it on tv and hearing about it on the radio. I was curious if anyone has used it and if it helped or if you have seen any difference.

  • i remember learning in anatomy that it is lactic acid in your muscles that can cause that side pain while running. It produces because there isn't enough oxygen getting in.   • One of my favorite breakfasts is an egg on wheat toast with a slice of cheese, a tomato slice, and lettuce. I dip mine in hot sauce because I love hot sauce! It's good with some salsa on it too to make it kind of western I guess you could say. Yummy!
  • I think you should eat a bigger breakfast. It really is the most important meal of the day. More protein, carbs, and fiber. My breakfasts usually end up being 300 to 400 calories. I eat a lighter lunch and low cal snacks.
