  • Just think...Would you rather eat that bad food or do you want to look fabulous and be healthy? That's what I do. Some food is ok in moderation but you need to think of the long term consequences of your decisions. It's a change in lifestyle and has a lot to do with mind over body! Good luck to you! :)

  • I get 1290 and i usually burn on average 300 cals a day exercising which brings it up to 1590 but I don't even eat all 1590. I stay around 1290 and feel good. I am usually pretty satisfied
  • PEANUT BUTTER! Its high in calories (200 per 2 tablespoons) and good fats and protein and it's delicious! I eat a banana with 1 tbsp peanut butter on it for a snack.

  • I was the same way. Now i exhale one count through my mouth and inhale for 2 counts through my nose. I kind of put a rhythm to it. That's what works for me and I don't have to stop to gasp for air.
