My activity a day gives me extra calories. I need to know if I should intake these extra calories or stick with my calories.

  • If I am hungry I'll eat them, if not, then I stick with the initial amount of calories given. Depends on me and the day!

    Eat your exercise calories; your body needs those for fuel and will help with your weight loss. Contradicting I know, but read the following post, it should help explain:

    Honestly I think this is a personal decision. Some people eat them and they loose some like me who eat them actually gain. I don't eat mine and I loose a pound a every two weeks or so... I'm maintaining more than wanting to loose right now for health reasons. I think every body is different. You should eat them to help refuel, I eat some but not all.
