I would like to join as well~! I'm 5'2.5" (the .5 counts :D) and weigh about 160, but I want to be 130-135 again! I've quit a few times after losing a bit of weight but I'm hoping to stick with it this time!

I think that as long as you are being active and doing what you can it's a plus :) We are having a heat wave and my ac barely works so I'm trying similar ideas :D

I usually make my kids food early (7am) when they wake up and I eat more like 10am when they have a morning snack :) It's always some sort of fruit we have and I have toast or something similar with it.

I don't kiss on the 1st date, and my husband still laughs about it. We've been married 7 years now, so I totally stand by that rule.

To be honest, I have the same problem XD I'm trying to quit myself so if anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them as well :D I have 2 young kids, one who just hit terrible 2's so I get no time to make a different healthy snack for myself and stress tons! I need to find a way to get off the comfort foods :/

Hey all I just stumbled across this and I love cycling, but all I have now is a stationary :/ Can I still take part :D If so my aim is 200mi ~ since I kinda had a forget all dieting for about a month lol

I'm on week 2 myself lol but I feel that if at the end of the 3rd week if I'm still doing what I'm doing, that I will continue with it. :) Thanks to this site I'm actually sticking with my calorie amount and getting exercise everyday ^^

Me and the husband are also gamers, he loves Civ. 5 and I have my WoW lol We also play dragon age, mass effect, just finally got L4D and I love it, he has yet to try it.

Great to hear! that's my drink as well but with whipped cream on top! haha! only downside is being a Barista for starbucks myself lol I can tell you how bad every drink is but making them all day is just torture! Your amazing for going so long without! Great job :D
