Let me know how you like it. I think next time I will use 1/2 an onion and 1/2 the spicy sauce for the topping. I hope it is better the second night - cause I'm having leftovers ;-)

I made Mini Chipotle-Spiced Turkey Meat Loaves with Jennie-O as seen on the Biggest Loser last week. Yummy!! Next time I will use a "small" onion, a tad less chipotle sauce (spicy), plus mine made 12 mini muffin size servings!! Lunch and dinner for the week!! I served with Green Giant - Corn Steamers! Thank you all!! I needed that! They ran out of spinach so I could not add that - darn veggie! You all are right - - I had my pity party and pity meal! ;-) I will jump back on the workout horse tomorrow and burn these feta / pep calories! It is just nice to know I have support!!

Welcome!! It is not a difficult way of life! It just takes some structure. But, once you start seeing the results - - it is so AWESOME~!! I bounced around the office today - when I weighed in this am! Co-worker's asked me, 'how are you'? I responded...I am GREAT!!!!

That is wonderful! I will have to work up to that! I am at 1/4 mile jogging. But, I can walk fast forever - I just need to learn to push myself!! I think I still have nightmares of middle school gym class still! ;-) Great job! Thanks for the motivation!
