I actually do like plain old water...but i dont feel thirsty that often, forgetting to drink! I do drink alot when i am working out, but i am just putting back in what i just lost...other than that i have to remind myself to get a glass of water and i usually only drink about 3 glasses a day.

I am 5'7 and i wore jeans between 13-15 and my shirts were large! I carried most of my weight in the mid section and arms. Now i am 134 wearing 8-10 pants and small shirts.

No matter what anyone says, you do what you want!! If someone offers you soemthing you dont want or feel you dont need to have, then just a simple "No thank you" will do...you dont need to explain anything...its that simple!

I did the Hybrid program which is Turbo Fire and Chalene Extreme mixed together in a class schedule. Which gives you a great amount of cardio and weights. It worked great for me!!!!!!

If i drink, i log it right down to how many exact! Just workout hard the day you know you will have a night out and eat really clean that day! When i have a night out, i have Rum & Diet coke with a squeeze of lime...under 80 cals per drink!

I use to have this problem all the time! I drink a mug of coffee everyday and i find having a bowl of mini wheats for breakfast a few times a week keeps me regular!

On days you know u are going to burn alot of cals, just add a few extra snacks in that day and maybe a protein shake of something.

It takes time...keep going with it, you will learn the moves and fly through it! In the meantime even when you are making mistakes during your workout, you are still burning lots of calories!!

If your working out, make sure you eat back all or close to all your earned extra calories from working out! That may be the problem...sometimes its hard to wrap your head around it, but if your active, you need to eat more to have better results!!!
