Hi I have been ttc since April 2012 and I haven't had any luck yet. I am currently 204 lbs at 5 feet 6 inches and I would love to get back to my pre-university weight. I am 25 years old and my husband is 30 we both are working on losing a little bit of weight, he only has to lose 15 and I am aiming for a 60 lb weight loss…

I am 5,6 and my first goal weight is 180 lbs, second goal is 150 and final goal is 130 lbs. I am currently planning out my workouts and meals. I plan to run on the treadmill in the am and 30 day shred in the pm everyday for a month. I also don't have a scale anymore so I am just going to purchase one close to weigh in day.

OMG you just reinspired me all over again. I weighed in at 198 a couple of days ago and my goal weight is 130 lbs thank you for these pictures you looks so gorgeous

Just do your push ups on the wall till you get stronger. I am planning on redoing the shred once I am done with this month. During the first few days of doing this program, I found myself doing 4 regular push ups and I have never done 1 push up in my life.

I am on day 9 today. My starting measurements are 5ft 7 199 lbs waist=32 inches Arm= 15 inches Hips= 47 Inches. Bust= 38 inches I have a pretty skinny neck and oddly enough my collar bones show so I am not going to measure that.
