I use pre-wrap (underwrap?), the stuff you use to wrap ankles and such. It doesn't move at all and is super cheap. It also comes in tons of colors and you get tons for one roll!

I rode a bike for the first time since 2008 last night and my mom noticed that I've lost weight!

Cutting out caffeine past a certain hour (or all together), taking a multivitamin, getting more iron into my diet, and doing yoga 3-4 times a week has really helped (nearly) cure my insomnia. I highly recommend yoga if you are having trouble getting enough sleep.

Quakers cereal squares have a ton of iron and are delicious.

I've been doing baptiste power vinyasa yoga 3-4x a week for two months now and I LOVE it. I sleep better, eat more mindfully, I'm less stressed and anxious, and it really kick started my metabolism and energy to work out in other ways. The more you do it, the stronger you feel too!

Another cool feature of nike+ running is you can set up challenges against YOURSELF. If you go onto the nike+ website and log in you can set up distance, PR, amount of runs, or calorie challenges. I just completed my first, to run more, 12x in 24 days! My current is 2400 calories burned in 24 days. So fun!

Good to know about different brands. Though the closest trader joe's is 30 minutes from me, do you have any other brand suggestions?

I have heard of kefir, I will definitely try it! I have never been a huge fan of cottage cheese but I will try it again, do you have any suggestions on things I can add to it to change the flavor? Thank you!

Did my first long run this week (6 miles!) and today my yoga pants felt loose! They were falling off during my run!

I feel your pain! I, too, am a student working 2 jobs and volunteering all the time. Make a BIG batch of brown rice or quinoa when you have time, and store in the fridge.
