I usually have a bagel THIN with veggie cream cheese and stacked with steamed spinach, and other veggies. A cup of coffee or a glass of milk (keeps you full longer) and a granola bar or greek yogurt.

I am a sweet fiend, but I've found healthier-still sweet options. Cinnamon raisin bagel thins are good and sweet, flavored coffee creamer, sweet yogurts- wal mart makes a great banana cream pie that comes in light and is heavenly. My left elbow was broken years ago and never healed properly so any strength exercises means a week of throbbing pain! I also currently have a huge, infected blister on the side of my foot - right where my shoes rub.

Don't buy crap food. I only buy light breads(hannaford's light wheat is 35 cal a slice), light cheeses (kraft fat free singles are 25 cal a slice), and lots of veggies. Why not make your own soup? Its more work but better for you and often less calories. But, if you do use the canned soup, drink more water with it. Water will help counteract the salt.

I record it under circuit training. I am a week in and I've lost an inch off my thighs and waist. Also half an inch off my hips. I'm super impressed with the program and I don't find it boring like most videos.

Stop buying "crap" food and only buy healthy foods. Find cleaner things she will like- e.g. make your own granola bars, french fries, etc. Send her to dance class!
