Same with me! Congrats on quitting! I find chewing on straws really helps the random habit cravings (I have a pack of straws in my car!)

I was too, silken tofu is made for smoothies, its basically the consistancy of greek yogurt once blended. Throw some berries in and maybe almond milk and its delicious!
-
I also want to know this because its similar to cashiering at a grocery store!
-
I'm curious about this too...

Me again, quit smoking about 3 weeks ago: Drink lots and lots of water! I didn't gain much water weight but I didn't lose anything until recently.

Vegetarian here! Quinoa is full of protein! Also, for breakfast I like to make a smoothie with Silken Tofu in it to pack in protein. Legumes and beans are your best friend! Get some Lentils and chick peas- they go well with a lot of things.
-
quinoa! Love the stuff- its like a rice/pasta hybrid and deliciously good for you! You find it in the natural section of your grocery store but it's typically cheaper if you buy it in bulk at a natural foods/health store.

I've been making: Sauteed veggies (onions, shallots, garlic, green pepper, and my fave-sun dried tomatoes) with 1/4 cup prego sauce and a little Parmesan cheese. On top, a fried egg. Delicious and low cal!
