I enjoy a square of 90% cocoa and a handful of grapes(about 10)... It looks like this: 85 calories 10 net carbs 6g fat It really cures my sweet craving and as a bonus add a small glass of Shiraz...YUM!

A few things to try would be reduced carb foods....Instead of a regular potato (60 net carbs) try sweet potatos (22 net carbs). Instead of the bleached white pasta, try Dreamfields brand pasta, with a net of 36 carbs but only 5g of carbs being 'digestable'. It's also good to know the types of carbs (info below). You can…
