i like to keep it simple. calorie control. because when i want a snickers... I WANT SNICKERS!!! its like the game tetris... fit it in, make the numbers work! i lost 100 pounds in 11 months eating any foods i wanted, just limited my calories!

i was 246 pounds, size 18/20... i just wanted to drop in and encourage you to keep at it! the longer you maintain your new eating habits and routine, the easier it becomes, and poof, before you know it, you will be to your goal! good luck, all of you!!!

except for that then we miss everything from that person, and that kind of sucks, so i just ignore her slaughter pictures, and i can still function through the day just fine. im one of those wierd people who value the right of freedom in this country, to be able to eat as i please... as well as respect others rights to eat…

i had 101 pounds to lose. i lost it all in just under 1 year. for the first month, i lost about 3 pounds a week, then, my weight loss slowed down and then averaged a 2 pound loss per week. the bigger we start out, the easier to lose, but just know that IT WILL slow down!

i have one on my facebook that constantly posts bloody salughter pictures of animals ALL DAY LONG... i just ignore it... im not quite sure why these types of people feel they need to push thier morals or beliefs on others, especially since she is athiest, and i dont ever try to push my christian beliefs on her... or anyone…

these posts are so silly to me. your not eating 1200 calories a day, because if you were, you would be losing. you are not in a defecit. if you were in a defecit, you would lose weight.

me, me, me! lol... didnt even have to give up my skittles! well, i exercised, but i kept it simple, ate at a deficit, didnt eliminate any foods!

if your not losing weight, your eating too many calories. you can THINK your eating at a deficit, but YOUR NOT.

not everyone has had issues with weight. if you never have weight issues, and you allow your body to guide you on eating, counting calories is not needed. for alot of us here, we count, because we need to learn how to eat like normal people... i have alot of friends who dont count calories... they have never had a need to…

no dont take a pill. find your proper calorie intake, and get some exercise. thats it. dont make it hard, dont deprive yourself of foods you like. enjoy your life, just moderate your intake and get moving!

I THINK IT WOULD COME OFF PRETTY EASY... being that you are young and healthy! (im assuming!) my little brother is on the o-line, so, he is pretty large and beefy to begin with... during the season, he trims down fairly fast, but off season, he packs on some weight... comes right back off as soon as training kicks off…

just stay motivated, stay focused on what you want, and learn how to have self control. yes, you can have a donut, but not the whole dozen. no, you should not eat until you have to unbutton your pants, you need to learn to stop before that point...

yeah, worked fine for me too, and i do measure / weigh / log EVERYTHING. ive been known to log 2 skittles, and my mfp friends have laughed about it, but i do. i also would bring my scale to restaurants with me at times. i logged every crumb that went in my mouth... i felt great, still was able to get my workouts completed…

same advise for daily focus... take some good looks at your before pictures. all it takes is some before photos to put me into kick *kitten* weight loss mode...
