17 years & counting!! A few minor blips but nothing like things used to be! It's a constant teeter totter!

I use whipped egg whites with lots of garlic...spreads nice on sandwiches and makes a great dip as well!

I've had both Garmin & Polar. Garmin is much more accurate and a lot less glitches with it!

I'm in the same boat sweetie... 3 weeks. I'm just buying a few meals at a time... everything fresh , no frozen. Simple stuff with no sauces. Sure makes clean eating easy! Good luck with the move!

Thanks!!! I'm pretty stoked...it's a huge move & very stressful...but have seen my last winter. Tough staying on track with all the turmoil but hanging in there. Couldn't do it without my MFP Buds!

Absolutely NOT! But neither is ANY other device. Even the best HRM, Fitbits, BMF or machines are off. Everything is just an estimate. However….the more personal information your HRM gets in it the closer you are.

You have lost a lot … Have you adjusted your cal intake to reflect that loss? You also may have to tweak your Macro's at this point…dropping some of the fruit carbs might be the ticket! :)

Might not want to eat before a Bootcamp….They are pretty intense and lots of people get pukey! Eat when your hungry …but eat well afterward!!
