No and that sounds like a terrible idea. Obviously you can do what you want and no one can stop you but in my opinion that doesn't sound safe healthy or smart. I'm not 'dieting' or anything just not smoking, exercising the amount of calories I ate the day before (or mostly trying to) and so far, so good. It feels natural…

Hang in there, hon. I'm pretty new at this and I can say I have pretty superficial reasons for wanting to lose weight (hate snoring now that I'm fat, been getting more facial hair because of obesity ) but, if I discovered anythiing, it's that you need to stuck to it to get what you want.:tongue:
