my daughter is almost 9 months old now and still breastfeeding a bit. The one thing that I am really focusing on is no soda and less eating out. that has helped a lot!

Not sure exactly how to log, but this site may be helpful... http://www.fatburn.com/free_tool_activity_burn.asp You can enter your weight and then select Tae bo advanced or basic and it will tell you calories burned for the time you did... Hope this helps!!

Okay...in need of some motivation! I set a mini goal for this weekend and just have 2 more pounds to go...but, alas it is now my "time of the month" and so I feel like doing nothing and surviving on a diet of chocolate and pepsi...any suggestions of how I can get past this hurdle and still make my goal???
