Oh, Monday...how I love thee! Weighed in at 138.2, so unless there is a miracle, won't hit my 130 goal by August 1st. BUT, still very pumped to be in the 130's, so I'm not beating myself up about it! Have a great day everyone!!

I just surpassed the 75 pound mark. It took a little over a year and a lot of dedication. I have a busy/chaotic schedule so my biggest obstacle was finding time to work out. The thing that helped the most was cutting back on my soda intake and introducing water to my daily life!! :happy: And, most importantly - have fun!!

It's Monday again!!! I did lose FINALLY!! I had actually gone up to about 142 or 143...now, this AM I was down to 139.4. Woo hoo!! Still thinking I won't make it to 130, but I girl can still dream :)

well...it is monday and I am sad to say I did not lose any weight since last week!! but, I didn't lose so I suppose that is okay. I am thinking I may not be able to accomplish this goal...sigh...gotta stay positive though!!

Logging progress on Mondays. And, if you have any words of inspiration/motivation you can add those at anytime!! Oh, and I saw one request for recipes...so, I am a sandwich and salad type gal, but if cooking I LOVE the salsa chicken and rice recipe I found on MFP. It is DELICIOUS!! And I also love making steamed broccoli…

I hadn't thought of that, but it is a great idea!! I am thinking of doing something special with my sisters - maybe tatoos or something. But, I liked the idea of a day all to myself :happy: If I hit my goal by September, I will be getting myself a killer new outfit to wear to my cousin's wedding - most of my high school…

as odd as this sounds coming from a female...my all-time favorite workout music is metal!! I love August Burns Red, Chariot, Devil Wears Prada, and For Today...just to name a few. Metal music really gets me amped up - especially when lifting weights!!

day 3 level 2 done today...just doing the shred every other day - alternating with "walk at home" program so I don't get burnt out...loving this combination so far!! :happy:

I am starting tomorrow - I have never done a program like this and am hoping it will slim me down and help tone [I am at the last 20ish pounds til my goal weight so this is VERY needed!]. If there is anything that would be of help going into this - like you mentioned a recovery drink...I am very "illiterate" when it comes…
