Probiotics, yay or nay?
I have heard a lot about the benefits of taking a probiotics pill. Anyone have any experience with this? Any information would be appreciated, as I don't want my primary informer to be Google!

Pear shaped...AAAHHHH!
Okay, since joining MFP I have lost about 75 pounds. From the waist up, I look very small and toned. HOWEVER, from the waist down, I still feel like I look huge! I do lunges, squats and cardio, but still can't figure out how to lose fat in thighs and butt. Any suggestions because I need help!!!

Did well on calories, up my workouts...but gained?
Well, color me discouraged! This past week I did well on my calories and I even upped the intensity of my workouts. I was expecting to have lost at least 1 pound, maybe even 2. Does the amount of sleep you get affect weight loss/gain?
