I am new to this sight and have high hopes. Ever since my daughter's birth - 7 months, my first child - I have struggled with my self image and weight. I am hoping this will help give the motivation, guidance and support I need to get back in shape!

    Hi everyone,

    I am also new to this site. There are so many different sites to choose from. I want to continue to stay on the road to be healthy.
    Health is so important. Looking good for me is a poor second to how Healthy I want to be. I know that all will tie in together, but for now, Lab tests don't lie!
