Well, I have only been on MFP for about a month or 2, but it has helped me immensely!!!
I have since lost over 16 pounds and am well on my way to my goal weight.
The best thing is that in the past week I have gotten numberous compliments! My friends have noticed that I have lost weight, but most importantly my husband has told me a couple different days, "wow, you're looking slim"
This is one of the best motivational boosts!!

    Don't you just love that?! It is so nice to hear "hey skinny" or " you're looking slim" rather than "you have such a pretty FACE"!! ugh! Congrats on you weight loss. I hope these comments give you the motivation you need.
