I'm going to zig-zag calories this week and I'm going off of what freedieting.com has given me and these are the numbers...
1676
1341
2011
1676
1509
1844
1676
I entered exercise as 5x a week so these are the total calories I would consume, correct? I don't pay attention to the net calorie number while doing this?

I find it by typing in zig zag
It's an approach that tricks your body because the calorie intake goes up and dawn from day to day. Some people use it when the the come to a stand still in their weight loss0 -

I have hit a plateau and several people from here have suggested zig-zagging calories to trick your body/metabolism. I got my numbers and info from http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm. I will be giving it a try this week and hoping it well help!0 -
