I am 5'6" and 185 lbs. I have been logging for almost a month now. Eating habits have been pretty good, but scale has not budged.

I gained 7 lbs this past school year. Definitely stress eat in the evenings and don't take the time to cook good meals because I'm exhausted.

I teach 5th and6th grade. Having just recommitted myself to weight loss this month, I also wonder how the school schedule will affect things. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I actually kept track of my weight everyday for three months (before trying to lose weight). I noticed a 3-7 lb increase in weight during TOM. Have just started weight loss program, so haven't hit TOM yet, but hoping to see a little less fluctuation, since eating habits are more consistent.

I second the swimming suggestion. Complete body workout with no impact. Also a great calorie burn.
