i did loose 4 lbs but due to bloating gained it back this morning:s arg i hate TOM

interesting!! so i dont feel bad about drinking tap anymore (sounds strange but i always heard bad things about tap) that it has lots of chlorine and its not good!! but hey im drinking more tap then bottled and when i go home i drink filtered water

hahaha just askinggg well i drink tap all the time i do live in montreal canada we have good tap as i am aware of:D but just wondering if there is any major difference! guess not!

ya the 1-2 lbs a week i have heard of that as well ... but im sure the more u weigh in the beginning its easier to loose more!!! i wish i was on the biggest loser with Jillian! hahaha

is 30 mins 6 days a week on the eliptical enough excercise?? or should i do more.... reminder: i am doing this at home

how much should you on average loose per week??? if doing cardio and eating well?

well on MFP for 35 mins it says i burn 544 cals on the eliptical.. but i put what i c on the machine to not get TOO TOO HAPPY and slack off!! but ill be sure to buy a HRM soon to see the difference!! as i exhaust myself in 35 mins and see not too good of results!

WELL... i dont hvae the option of weight and age on my machine unfortunetly ... soo maybe investing in a HRM is good.. hwoever the machine has handles that say what my heart rate is at?

i will def try the zigzag calories.. SOUNDS TRICKY THOUGH.. ihave a hard time with this counting cals i try to just minimize everything and eat more greens less cals ahaha

1st goal: loosing my first 10 pounds... My fiance told he for every pound i loose i will get 10$ to buy a new wardrobe.. talk about a good motivation hahah (lmaoo: however we have a joint account!!! ) hahahah still a motivator:)

ya.. i shouldn't take it tooooo crazy! as i know it will come off soon enough !!! i feel better in my clothes and breathing wise since ive been doing my cardio!!! however i feel like im always retaining water... as i dont sweat as much as im supposed to .. any tips on reducing water retention as a whole!?

i have a desk job sooo i can only excercise once i finish work and when im at home.. which is after 5pm ... !! i try going up and down the stairs here atleast 2 x a day .. :)

same here a heck of a long way i have 68 lbs to reach 160lbs then i need another 15 to be at my goal weight of 145!!! :S arg!!! gonna be hard!
