  • I did it twice and then now I just pick one of the circuits to add into my routine of running right now since I am pretty busy studying for the bar exam. Once I take it I want to start round 1 all over again though! I also have BBG v 2.0 that I want to do after I finish round 1 again. It's good stuff.
  • There are always about 3-5 men in my zumba classes, and 2 out of 4 of my instructors are men! I really love seeing everyone work hard and have fun together and that's what zumba is all about. Don't be intimidated...it's so much fun!

  • Awesome thread! I think motivation is key in losing weight or exercising.
