i was a splenda and artificial sweetener nut... but, after reading over and over again that it isn't that good for you.. i switched to a natural sweetener. i bought truvia packets. give those a try!

i did something similiar to this like two months ago. i took like two weeks off due to a death in the family. i ended up gaining like three pounds. but when i started to count calories again then i dropped like ten pounds again in a month or so. thats how i broke out of a little plateau. weird lol

even though your weight loss isn't as big as you hoped, i am sure that you have probably lost inches. think of your physical achievements. i bet you look great!

yeah i have 3 pound weights. and i do a series of arm exercises every night. i've been too afraid to try some pushups. so i added those in the other night and i do 50 a night. but, it just doesn't seem to be working as effectively as it should.

do some quick situps & push ups. jog in place. it makes me feel better. tomorrow is a new day my friend :)

idk if its just because i am viewing it on my ipod. but it doesnt say what places have it wrong & which side dishes are more in calories along with the entrees. makes it annoying. but i will check again later on my home comp. :) very interesting!

kashi cereal is great & so is special k. sometimes kashi can be a lil higher in the calorie department, but it is all natural and lots of good grains and fiber:)

im pretty sure that i am going to bawl my eyes out. a 12 year era of my life ends tomorrow. but i will still watch the movies all the time & reread the books constantly. pottermore is something to look forward. & the theme park in orlando. oh mann.. :'( i am excited too though!

i could sit here all day long and name off thousands of healthy foods that don't taste bad. yogurt & granola. fruit fruit fruit. special k 90 calorie bars. special k 100 calorie strawberry fruit crisps. greek yogurt. (chobani raspberry) nuts (almonds are great) pita chips & hummus or just plain. skinny cow everything!…

i fell in love with zumba probably like 3 months ago & i would definitely say that it has helped my weight loss. i used to be 176 and now i am 157. i do it at the least 2 times a week, sometimes three. :) all of them for 60 minutes. it gets easier. now i don't feel like im gonna die lol

i used to not really like greek yogurt that much. it was a little too sour for my taste. but then... one fateful day I decided to try chobani raspberry yogurt (i love raspberries).. best choice ever! LOVE IT! does anyone use greek yogurt for cooking??

problem is that the protein is usually fried or covered in a high calorie sauce & the vegetables dont exist. ha! fml

i found two really cute pairs of shorts very decent length at ross today. took some time but it was worth the time. 22 dollars for two :)

if your goals start to slow down, then i would suggest upping your calorie intake. make sure you are losing weight the healthy way. make sure that you are getting the proper nutrition that your body needs to be healthy. you do have a realistic goal, just make sure that you are being healthy. :)
