i talked this over with my doc like two days ago. she said that birth control tricks your body into thinking its pregant which can result in an increased appetite. but there is no evidence that shows that the pills alone make you gain weight. if you exercise and eat right then they wont have any effect

normally it goes like this: oatmeal & coffee granola bar salad -or- sandwich fruit then random dinner item skinny cow:)

nothing fried, stay away from rolls that contain the words "crunchy, or crispy", nothing with cream cheese in it, try to have lower sodium soy sauce (or non at all), try to stick with fresh raw fish with minimal rice, and one to two rolls and not five :)

i dont log every day average cleaning (like making the bed, picking up clothes, doing the dishes.. etc). but when i do things like scrub floors, scrub sinks/toilets/showers, and do labor intensive cleaning.. then i will log that

i have mine calculated at 28g. BUT i am never anywhere near that goal. im way over due to fruits!

do not weigh yourself on TOM. badbadbad news. i will gain like 3-4 pounds on TOM. so to avoid a serious emotional meltdown due to weight gain.. i just put the scale away lol

as far as going on dates and ordering.. i would just not eat the whole entire thing. eat only half of it and ask for the other half to go and have it for lunch the day. i don't know what to do about discussing it with someone else, because i am in a relationship and its very out there that i am trying to lose weight lol

you said that you did not eat healthy yesterday. your weight gain could be water weight or due to too much sodium intake (but, i don't know because i don't know what you ate). my advice.. don't worry about it

if you are netting around 1200 calories then you are good to go!
