Turkey deli meat slices wrapped around celery.
1 piece of celery for every turkey slice.
That's 9 pieces of celery, which is about 3 large stalks.

Lol, half of a double chocolate donut from Dunkin' Donuts. But that was part of lunch, which also consisted of baby carrots, yogurt, and almonds. Besides, the donuts were brought in by someone in the office and free food = free calories, right? :-D0
