How many grams of sugar should I be eating?

I do great with my nutrition in every catagory (fiber, fat, carbs, etc) except sugar. Im always wayyyy over. I eat pretty healthy. Most of that sugar comes from fruit or my morning cereal. (Fiber Plus).I think my sugar goal is set to 25g/day. I continue to lose weight even tho my sugar intake is usually high. But how much is too much? What should i change it to? Does it even matter as long as im under calorie goal??

    I just don't count sugar if it's from fruit. But that's just me :)

    are you eating refined sugar, or natural (fruits)? If its fruits, i wouldn't worry about it. I don't even have mine listed, cause i eat lots of fruit. But the refined.....not so good.

    i have mine calculated at 28g. BUT i am never anywhere near that goal. im way over due to fruits!
