Day 5 level 1 complete...sorta lol. I really couldn't do all 10 reps of the duck walks but I tried my best each set. I missed out on day 3, and 4 but I will try my best to stick to it.

Day 2 Done! Level 1 Plank and Wall Sit I did it along with my cardio this morning. I really wanna work on improving my core strength and I loved this workout cause it forced me to do just that.

Day 1 completed! Level 2 20 Climbers 20 Lunges 20 Squats Level 1 30 min walk Today isn't one of my cardio days so I chose to go light. But I feel great and I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

This morning I did 30 minutes on the tread on 3-8 incline. Later I have a 30 minute Burn Circuit.With clean eating during the day.
