OMG.... I'm in the same boat. Today is the 1st day I'm tracking my sugar and much to my dismay.... after only eating breakfast (0% chobani blueberry yogurt & a banana) I am already over my sugar for the day! I had planned on eating more fruit today but now I'm not sure I should.

I have the Zumba Exhilarate DVD Series and like it. I used to go to Zumba classes as well. Very fun. My Zumba instructor said you can burn 600-1,000 calories in an hour depending on how much you put into it! Enjoy : )

GREAT question. I live in San Antonio. The humidity here is insane and a lot of times I won't run when it's humid because it feels like torture. The thought of burning more calories might make it worth it for me. Thanks : )

I wanna join too! I made a deal with my honey that I get a 1 karat ring for my b-day (6/25) if I reach my 40 lb. milestone by then. I'm well on my way to reaching that goal but I could defiantly use some extra support.
