i do the same only i dont freeze the yogurt i just put it right into the blender with milk and fruit it comes out creamy and oh so delish

i usually use a hrm but sometimes i just put it under circuit training

i love it im on week 3 and can definately feel the difference the first couple of days my thighs were so sore from all the squats i love any jm workout and i think they are all effective in their own way

i love the netflix workouts i ususally do the pilates and the kickboxing one is awesome lots of cals burned on that one

my fav is pineapple and malibu not sure if its low cal or not but it sure does hit the spot

maybe try spacing out you meals a little more and try to eat more fiber to keep you full
