I stopped drinking soda too ever since i was an active member of mfp. Its hard but my body got use to drinking water on a daily basis. Crystal light is also a good alternative to add to drink because after a while water can get pretty boring.

I know a friend that is currently doing this diet and she says the results are fast she has been doing it for about a week and already lost about 10 lbs. I wanted to try it but it says your not suppose to do it if you smoke and unfortunately that is one of my bad habits.
