You have to start small , choose one tiny goal and make yourself do it - no one can do it for you , also change your internal voice , change it for positive messages - ie " I am going to make a time for my self and enjoy a swim today "

Sounds like great advice- I also believe it's got to be a forever change and also have you identified what led to your gains in the past ? - I have discovered I am a real emotional eater basically when my ship does not sail as I have planned - I EAT !

Hi earwen , I lost 40 lbs got down to 10.5 st but alas like you it has crept back on. I know why it happened and I'm going to start tracking tomorrow . I have a home kit , it works but its quite slow almost done my underarms , bikini line next ouch!

if you are really desperate drink a big glass of skimmed milk or a yogurt , I dont think there is any problem with chomping through raw carrots , peppers etc. while you cook, they never made anyone fat :) just make sure you dont reach for the bread and cheese! And as the others say it will get better in time, good luck
