I had never heard of JNL Fusion until last week. I was up one night and saw the infomercial. I ordered it on Monday and plan on starting it as soon as it arrives. Has anyone had good results?

This one is easy. I'm not eating any processed food right now. I decided to try to cut out processed foods. I am on week 3 - so far so good.

Don't give up. Just take it a meal at a time. Don't think about it as a day. They say it takes 16 weeks to make it a habit. Believe me it will get easier with time. We all struggle, that's why we are here. You are not alone. We all understand. Don't live in the past look towards the future.

I love Weight Watchers. It is a great program. I have to admit I am a yo-yo dieter, but that is not WW's fault. The program works if you work the program. AND YOU DO NOT STARVE!!! I rejoined a couple of weeks ago. I love the new program. But as always, you have to do what works for you. WW works for me.

I use smoked turkey wings to give them a nice smokey flavor, but my husband did something that I had never done before. Along with the smoked turkey wings he cut up onions and fresh tomatoes. Exercise for the next 5 days in a row. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. Track my food everyday.

Track everything, good, bad or indifferent; especially on the weekends. Also, make it your goal to stick to your calories on the weekends. You will really see a difference. The weekends can be devestating if you don't watch it but if you stick to your program you will love Monday mornings. Hang in there. It will get better.
