Make sure your NET calories come out to the goal that MFP has given you. IF you're only eating 1290 and exercising 700 that's only about 600 a day!!!!!

It just feels really good to me after a work out! Makes my muscles relax :] Not a weightloss thing for me.

I was the same way... sleep for 8 hours and then need a nap by noon! A friend on here suggested I start taking vitamin B12 supplements and I've been taking it every day for 3 weeks and there is SUCH a noticable difference. I don't think I've needed a nap SINCE!

I'm single... but I like it... most of the time. I work at a bar and grill so I see couples all the time... and seriously, sometimes I wonder... how did THAT b*T@EG$ get a boyfriend? I'm way cooler than her!!!! Hahahaa.

Go to SETTINGS >> Update Fitness Profile ... it will ask how much weight you want to lose and by when...

If you put all this information info MFP settings, it will tell you how many calories to eat per day and how many minutes to exercise to reach your goal in this amount of time.

Will a work out class at the local gym count instead of a video? Like today, I did a 60 minutes class called Cardio Sculpt.

Tracy!... nothing town. We have a bowling alley and a mall. I'm a bartender, a waitress and a student. I've lost 17 lbs so far and I'm not stopping any time soon! I like to snowboard, even though I am not good at it yet.

This thread TOTALLY helped me. I've been sleeping like CRAZY! But I wake up so early, but I'm ready for bed around 8pm, then wake up around 8. Not good, I'm trying all these things.

I'm 5'9 and about 190lbs. I do not know what what would be a good weight for me, but I know I want to lose at LEAST 20 lbs and then once I'm 170, we will see where I need to go from there :)

I can tell you it is a good and hard work out! Takes a lot of core strength, I couldn't get up on it the first month!!! Haha.
