Hey there! My daily calorie goal range is 1900-2300 depending on my physical activity! :) Anything lower then that and I'm starving and unhappy.

It sounds like you're just getting started trying with the food issue, so don't beat yourself up.. just TRY! You need to log EVERYTHING from that tsp of mustard to that handful of doritos. You can do this, it takes work my friend :)

I love lifting weights!!! I've lost 70lbs and I started off doing just the elliptical but then once I got under 200 I started weight training on a regular basis and that has brought me down to 150 (on a good day lol).

Well... Do you feel good? That is 100% your opinion. Also, you should get to know your BMI, which is a super WIDE range I think, but your body fat % will be able to help you out. I don't think it's good or bad. 143 pounds could be all fat, or completely ripped! What do YOU think?
