I like to take 1 piece of Sara Lee 45 calories delight, 6 slices of oscar Meyer turkey (50), a few jalapeños (3), and a laughing cow cheese wedge (35) and pop it in my toaster oven... 140 calories, BAM!

True! I've made the Santa fe chili, chicken cacciatore and corned beef and cabbage from that site, all successfully.

Crock pot corned beef and cabbage!.... I trim all the fat off the corned beef, cube it, parsnips instead of potatoes to save some calories, cut up carrots and throw it all in with a bit of parsley, a bay leaf, and 2-3 cups of water. I cook it on low for 6 hours then add some wedges of cabbage and cook for another 1-2 hours.

I have never been thin! I've been 5'9 with big knockers since junior high, so I was always at least taller than everyone if anything. I'm at my lowest weight right now of 173... The last age I look thin is 8. I don't think I'm FAT now after some loss. Still have work to do.
