I'm sorry to hear that! When the person buying the food is not on the same page as you, it can get real messy! Plus, all the things your describing are simple and easy meals for the basic American family; the norm. Do they buy items that you can use in healthy recipes and just MAKE your own food? Any veggies, fruits,…

I have the hips and the booty, plus big thighs... I am loving the maxi dresses and skirts... Always very flowy dresses. You might like something that is fitted on the top and once it gets to your hips, flows outwards. Possibly pleats and layers also help.

Not a liver biopsy, but a cervical biopsy for me. So I know waiting for the results is pretty stressful. You know all those success stories where something really drastic happens to someone and they are the one in a million that power through their illness, or problem? Those people are heroes to me. For example... man…

I've lost 47 pounds and still look for the largest pair of ANYTHING when I shop. Hahaha! But hopefully it doesn't last forever! I'm trying to teach myself to stop EATING like a fat girl, so hopefully that mentality dies out over time! PS, congrats on your loss =]

Yes, it's possible. Some days my weight fluctuates up to 5 pounds. Weighing every single morning is not the best idea, it could make you obsessed with the wrong thing in a bad way!
-
I just had another idea! What about making like fried cheese? Take a few string cheese cut them in half, dip it in egg, which has fat!... then roll them in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and bake them! So don't get low fast string cheese lol.

Hey Ezza, welcome! You should think of yourself as making a lifestyle change, first off and not as a diet, so I would say yes, keep up on your changed diet and as you lose weight you will need to continue changing it. Plus, over time, you will learn to recipes and how good food can really treat ya! Second, about the…

I have never even heard of US Cell, but I have had Verizon for a few years and it's the best out of any service I have had including T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T and Metro PCS. Wouldn't switch!

I was never in great shape, but I'm gonna be!

California my whole life.. But it's my dream to move to Washington state

I think the best way to do it is not think of yourself as on a diet, making it a lifestyle change. Your new habits over time will not be new anymore, they turn into current habits and just a way of life. I have kept of 45 pounds for 4 months now by NOT going back to how I was. I changed one small thing a week until it…

Don't let her change your mood! There's a reason you felt so good about yourself, she's just jealous of your progress! Misery loves company. Let her call you fat... You can lose weight, but what is she going to do about her terrible personality... :drinker:

This! The fact is... JUST DO IT! I would take baby steps, one day at a time, switch out a bad habit for a good habit and over time it become the new norm... A routine! Start bringing food with you instead of eating out. Meal planning is my biggest savior.

I never even noticed if I was bloated or gained weight until I started caring about my body, just like you. But yes, ALL my clothes are tighter and this month I weighed myself the day before my period and then the day after it ended. The first day I was 6 pounds heavier and after my period I was right back where I started.
