I heard that people usually only get saggy skin when they drastically lose their weight. I'm guessing if your losing it slowly your butter can react with it and not have that happen.

The work out video is around 20 minutes and has 3 cycles. you work out to stage one for 10 days, stage 2 for 10 and stage 3 for 10. Don't worry too much about it. A lot of it is probably water weight and when you start working out your muscles they swell up.

Yep, Im bumping this. This exact thing happens to me. So ill even try a salad but I only feel filled for a really short period. And ill eat crappy food that have lots of calories

Sometimes I eat back some of my calories, I notice when I eat them all back I don't lose any weight. I think it just depends on the person.

I have not cut ANYTHING out of my diet, I eat mayo, butter, chocolate, chips you names it. I just don't eat them often and when I do I eat small amounts. I just try to remind myself that it's only 20 minutes long and if for instance i want to go out that night or do something fun I wont allow myself until Ive done it.

I don't know if anyone else does this but.. I take a couple of table spoons of mayo and a mustard on the chicken and some lemon pepper and bake it for 15 minutes.

I noticed you mentioned it's hard to find pants. Its hard for me too but the opposite for me [im 5'10 and a store i like to shop at is called Wet Seal. They go up to size 18 and they have pants "short" and "tall" and their not very expensive either

When I have extra calories I drink juice or smoothies. For example I'll have a naked smoothie. Have you ever had one? Their really good and will add a w extra hundred calories. Plus its all organic

The pill affects everyone differently, it's all about your hormones For instance, with me I gained 15-20 from the pill but then quickly lost it. My doctor said if you do gain weight from the pill it is usually water weight.
