For me, its the obvious facts of being healthier and actually comfortable with me body. Honestly though I also want to do it just to finally shut up all the people that belittled me about me weight

I liked juicing, its nice having a glass of juice in the morning. I also would recommend juicing large amounts at once so you don't have to constantly clean your juicer too.
-
My juicer for sure and my knife set =P

I'm not trying to say its wrong at all. I was trying to say that I DO eat back my workout calories, if I am still hungry. Its just that I usually am completely full at the end of the day and don't need to eat the 300 calories I burned at the gym. I was just trying to get at is eat your back your exercise calories if you're…

So if I decide to only eat 1400 calories a day; which is what my body naturally burns anyway and decide to not always (which means I sometimes do) eat back my 30 minutes at the gym; thats up to me. I thought this site was about supporting and helping each other out with getting fitter and healthier. If some of you don't…

So true.

You don't have to be rude to me just because you don't agree with me.
-
They posted on the boards looking for opinions, so I stated mine; just like everyone else did. They don't have to do what I am doing.
-
I think it's all opinion, what works for you may or may not work for others. I feel that the way I do it works for ME.

Okay.

I don't feel like I am loosing any muscle mass, my fat percentage is going down and I do feel stronger, I can lift heavier than before and I'm doing more reps. I feel good :)

But for me personally hunger is my indicator, I'm not going to eat unless I am hungry. I am not going to over stuff myself because myfitnesspal says I need to eat back my exercise calories. I have a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks a day without eating back my calories. So why would I want to eat them back if I…

This seems like a big argumentative talk on myfitnesspal. When it comes to calories and exercising I try not to eat back my exercise calories, but if I am super hungry still then yes I will eat SOME of them back. No need to starve yourself because you don't want to eat some of your workout calories. Everyone is different…

I'm going to be having chicken fajitas :)

I will get something grilled instead of deep fried. There has been a few times too that I order what I have before my diet and just eat half. Or replace your fries with a fruit, I do that often. Share your plate with a friend, eat half and less money.

I always think in moderation craving can be okay. For instance, I crave chocolate all the time; rather than having a candy bar I will have two Hershey kisses

I like to just make a juice with the juicer and some eggs. I usually do a pear, an apple and some carrots in my juice.

I like to chop up onion, saute them then add black beans and corn. LOVE it. Make sure to rinse anything thats been canned. Gets rid of the extra salt

Sliced up strawberries are my fav.

Just because you read something does not mean you understand it. The app helps with confusing ingredients that you may not know are unhealthy. I think this app is helpful for when I am at the grocery store and want to quickly see what exactly is in a product and to see if its worth buying
