The app goes into more detail and breaks down the ingredients that you may not understand. It also gives you healthier alternatives. Its more of a tool to help educate you. Makes you really think about what you're eating. But nice sarcastic rude quip.

The documentary I also watched was called Hungry for change, sorry got the title wrong =P I think juicing will do good, as long as I still eat veggies and fruits whole and keep eating healthy too.

I didn't "cherry pick" I read everyone's comments and I think juicing a few times a week is a good idea and I am excited to do that. I am sorry if you disagree with my opinion on wanting to juice, but you don't need to respond to the post.

I don' want to just juice and not eat anything else or try to get a "quick fix" I am just very curious in juicing and thought it would be a good way to get a lot more vegetables in my diet.

I never feel chest pains or any other aches, I just thought maybe there was something wrong because every time I got on the machine it was blinking at me telling me it was too high. Thank you for the help everyone!

I can't quite recall the title, but I just watched a documentary on Netflix this morning about sugar and how it affects your body. I felt that way too. I got a treadmill for myself at home and though everyone was watching. I slowly just started walking then running. It feels awkward at first, but it gets easier and eventually you will be fine. :)

Your muscles could also be swelling up and it could also be water weight. I had this problem at first too. I was doing everything I was suppose to be doing and it took about a month or so before the scale went down at all. Good luck
