Wow. These responses are overwhelming to me right now and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you ALL for taking time out of your busy day and life to encourage a stranger. It really has lifted my spirits. The battle is in my head and I just need to work on getting my thoughts under control.

Yes!!! I was a 42H until I lost weight and had a reduction in Feb. I am now a 38DD and feel amazing. I can actually work out now. All my friends and even my husbands friends say that my self esteem has improved.

Yes that is why I don't drink much anymore. The calories in the alcohol plus the eating is why I am here in the first place! I gained 60lbs doing that crap! I have other health problems that I didn't know about then that didn't help either but.... be careful.
