  • There is another thread here (somewhere) that is about this very subject. My opinion is its probably not good to take a whole day off..its better to take one meal off instead. that way you limit the damage you can do, whereas taking a whole day can sabotage all the hard work youve done all week. You might also end up…

  • Well, look at the bright side at least you overdid it in the morning so you have time to get rid of some of the excess, go out for an extra long walk, or put on a favorite cd and dance to it for 15-20 minutes. Now that should wipe out a few hundred calories and give you back some of the leeway you lost.:flowerforyou:
  • I am a Starbucks grrl forever and enjoy having a latte (without syrups) quite often but of late Ive switched to tea because of the calorie load. One latte is around 160 calories unless its skinny at around 130 in calories. Even if you use those non dairy creamers depeinding on how much you put in you can waste a lot of…

  • Just checking in..Doing ok today..I have a general plan im using and staying under my calorie limit so I feel pretty good even though I dont have a specific plan..I think at some point I might change that up because i hear your body gets use to a certain way of eating and when it does your weightloss will slow down..so i…
  • Carol..I can so relate to your experience. Back pain can stop you in your tracks and makes you slow way down and become very sedentary and the pounds creep on even though we are not really eating a huge amount..of course the depression that often happens when we have to live our life on the sidelines, can make us overeat.…
