No one is arguing that eating a lot Bad Fats are bad for you. You are trying to convince everyone that eating High Carb is the only way to go and you are flat out wrong. I eat meat, dairy and eggs and my Total Cholesterol/HDL ratio is 2. Yes 2!! What is yours? Blood work done in November.

I agree with everyone else. I got mine from a grocery store on clearance and it works wonderfully. I particularly like that I can quickly reset and keep measuring without taking the plate off the scale for example. Easily switches from ounces to grams or mL. Can't live without it anymore
