You will get faster at it. My SO does not weigh food/portions so will keep my food on one side of the pan and his on the other. Usually works out pretty well. Just have to find the processes that work for you.

Fennel Seed and Peppermint tea help me tremendously!! I am GF and Lactose Free and something seems to sneek in that I am not aware of or that I did not know bothered me (some veggies usually). These two things do a lot to recover much more quickly. I always have fennel seed on hand to munch on.

Also - I never associated the racing heart rate to low BP. Sometimes sitting on the couch for a while my heart will start racing. Makes sense with your explanation. I know when that happens I have to get up very slowly a little at a time or I will hit the ground in an unpleasant way.

I think it is important to stay within all ranges. There are days I will go over on Protein but stay within my calories pretty much all the time. With the holidays I am going over on my carbs, darn cookies, but I do still try to stay within the calorie range.

Nice and Simple Tuna an avacado cut in chunks juice of one lime red onions salt and pepper to taste i mash this put on low sodium rice cakes, or mix with brown rice. or I put the Tuna and avacado on romaine lettuce with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Easy good lunch.

Forgot to mention I always have some Gas Relief pills in the cupboard as well as stool softener. Usually they help in a day.

I am very much in the same boat as you. Absolutely no dairy, gluten free and most fruits are off limits or I won't poop for a week. Very frustrating.
