I have the same problem, but I have learned to try replacing it with a healthier alternative treat that has lesser calories/fat/sugar. Then, let some 30 minutes go by and see if you still have the craving. Most of the time, it works.

I am so proud of you. :happy: I wish I was there already. Looks like you have just about the same amount of weight to lose that I do. maybe we should buddy up and motivate each other.
