Always make sure you NET calories are over 1200... If you burn 600 calories, try to get 200-300 of them back, especially if you can that with fruit/veggies or anything that's good for you. You're doing well hun, keep up the good work :)

Try walking? With an MP3 player walking for an hour is not that tough, and it can burn enough calories for your day (especially if you're very overweight like me, I burn 300 calories an hour walking).

2092.... I struggle as it is to reach 1550 daily as a net. I think eating an extra 500 calories a day would have no positive affect on my weight loss. I have never ate over 1550 a day, even at my heaviest, I was just completely sedentary, and what I ate was total crap.

I'm only 149cm and 76kg. I was very sedentary before losing weight but now exercise 5 times a week. My TDEE comes up as over 2300 but I never eat more than net 1550. Never hungry, never tired etc.... I don't really get the TDEE... BMR makes a lot more sense to me

I always hit my daily goal with sugar, but generally over half is from fruit/veg. I generally think as long as half or more of it is good sugar (fruit or veg etc) then it's okay. If you have no fruit all day and still hit your target of sugar, you need to think about what you are eating a bit more. Does that make sense? My…

I'm only 4'11" and I've lost 9-10lb, you'd think it would be pretty noticeable as it's about 20% of the amount I need to lose altogether, yet I can't even notice it myself yet, except clothes being a little less snug. It'll happen, least I hope so! :P

Well they say 1lb =3,500 calories... so 25 x 3,500 = 87,500... thats a daily calorie deficit of around 3,000... . an hour walk burns around 200-300 calories (depending on your weight to begin with), so that's a hell of a lot of exercise AND a hell of a lot amount of very strict clean food, and not much of it. by the sounds of it..it is probably either 500ml or 750ml... you would need to drink 2 and a half (and a little bit more) of the 750ml and 4 of the 500ml one... It's not even the appearance that bothers me the most, it's the way she physically LOOKS like a barbie, she is holding herself like she is hard and made of plastic. Her skin is wayyyy too smooth it really is very uneasy to me.

No, that wont make it any less 'white' unfortunately. Stick to wholemeal or granary - they will keep you feeling full for longer too!

Well as it is a veg, I would say it is probably acceptable. Especially as technically the skin on it is brown :P Skipping the white rice, bread and pasta is DEFINITELY a positive thing in weight loss. I wouldn't worry so much on cutting out white fruit and veg.
