How about stuff that's high in calories? Like organic peanut butter, just 2 spoonfulls of that will be more than a piece of fruit I'm sure!

I hear its better to eat the 'bad' foods as close to your workout as possible so you're body burns them faster/easier. However carbs are not 'bad' per say, unless you are on a low carb diet. I would say all the meals or whenever you feel like them :)

I don't really think this is accurate.... I mean surely asia have less tall people than say USA and UK? Tall people are generally going to weigh more... even if they are perfectly healthy, and petite people are generally goint to weigh less even if they are not the healthiest.

I think muscles on legs, arms and tummy on a lady is very sexy, a lot sexier than just being thin, however I think there is a fine line between being toned, and being OTT with muscles.

I have 2 3inch x 3inch hollow stars on both my hip bones. I also got them done when I was 18 and don't exactly regret them, but don't really love them either.

humous is good! and eggs for protein. Also Farleys rusks wholemeal have a lot of iron in them, I have them for breakfast with milk.

I agree. I have a very small frame (4'11") and I was pretty well toned and muscly before I gained my weight) but because of that I am now very obese (BMI 33.9). My thighs, I have always had very muscular legs aka thunder thighs, since I started puberty, I'm only small (4'11") so this is pretty much the only body part that is freakishly strong.
