Oh if I could master #5! That's the one I struggle with, especially at dinner, when I'm at home and can go back for 2nds. Also #7, for me sweets are happy foods, rewarding foods.

Thanks for sharing your struggles! You still are doing an awesome job! Well, I have not been doing 60 minutes of workouts 5 days a week! Usually it's 30 to 55! I will do better especially on lifting days which will be 60 minutes 3 of the 5. Doing 60 minutes of cardio 2 days a week probably won't happen. I feel It's working…

We've put together a pretty good home workout room so I workout at home! So usually it's @ 5am. I rarely workout in the evenings. That burn in the morning gives me energy throughout the day.

Hi Tia, How long have you been eating 20% cut? and how many calories are you eating? Since you do have a desk job, Maybe try a 10% cut and stay at moderate activity level.
